• Q:How long until I receive my prepaid card?
  A:

  Most physical prepaid cards arrive by mail within 8 weeks of receipt of your completed rebate form. If you opted for a virtual card, you'll receive it by email within 5–7 business days. If your card hasn't arrived after 8 weeks, contact the rebate provider listed on your rebate form for status.

• Q:What happens if I lose my prepaid card?
  A:

  If your card is lost, stolen, or damaged, contact the card issuer's customer service line at 1-833-215-9250 (the same number listed on your rebate confirmation) or visit synchronycarcarerebates.com to report it and ask about a replacement. Keep in mind that the funds on your Visa Prepaid Card are valid for up to 6 months, with the expiration date printed on the front of the card. After that date, you can no longer use the card and any remaining funds revert to the promotional provider — so report a lost card promptly to protect your balance. Also note that Synchrony Bank is not responsible for lost, damaged, illegible, postage due, or delayed mail, which is why opting for the virtual card by email can be a safer choice.

• Q:What purchases qualify for the rebate?
  A:

  To qualify for the current offer, you must make a single-receipt purchase of $299 or more between 2/1/2026 and 3/31/2026 using your Meineke or Synchrony Car Care credit card at a participating Meineke location. The rebate is tiered based on how much you spend — historically, $299–$598.99 earns a $50 Visa Prepaid Card and $599 or more earns a $100 Visa Prepaid Card. Only one rebate is allowed per qualifying purchase, and the offer is valid only at participating U.S. locations. Your rebate form must be submitted online at synchronycarcarerebates.com (Promo Code 26-35630) or mailed and postmarked by 4/30/2026.

• Q:What if I don't have the Meineke credit card?
  A:

  No card? No problem — you can see if you prequalify for the Meineke credit card with no impact to your credit score. Just scan the QR code on any in-store rebate flyer, visit meineke.com, or ask a Meineke associate for details. Beyond the rebate, cardholders also enjoy 6 months of promotional financing on qualifying purchases of $199 or more, making it a great option for routine maintenance and bigger repair jobs alike. Approval is subject to standard credit review.
